Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 42 years, Marilyn; 4 children: William Phillips, IV (Tracy), Gregory Phillips (Sheila), Geoffrey Phillips (Nichole), and Jennifer Woolridge (Daniel); 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brother, Michael (Lori); sister-in-law Sherry as well as many well-loved family members and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held at Colonial Baptist Church (2221 Centerville Tnpk, Virginia Beach) at 12:30 on April 17, 2026. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Colonial Baptist Church (Memo line: Deacon Benevolent Fund). Condolences to the family may be offered at www.hollomon-brown.com.
