Terri, my my name is Debbie Roberts, people now call me Deborah Kay. I just learned of Bill's death and was so heartbroken for all of you. I went to Lackland City Elementary School with Billy from the first grade to High School at John Jay. Bill was such a sweet person, even as a child. We never ran in the same circle after we got to John Jay, but we were still friends. From what I read, he had such a great life and was a very loving husband, father and grandfather. I know he will be missed. I was just looking at our high school year book 1971 is the only one i have, remembering his sweet face. My Dad was Slim Roberts who played for some of our dances. He is also in the book. God Bless all of you.

Terri, the celebration of Bill's life this weekend was a tribute to how he lived his life. At The Hartford we feel like we knew you, Sarah and little Presley as Bill always had a story to tell. He was so proud of you all. Bill mentored many new underwriters during his time at The Hartford, he always had a smile on his face and a kind word for everyone here. He was loved here. I pray for comfort for the Pointer family as you face the days without him. He will be missed.

Terri, I am so sorry to learn of Bill's death. Our thoughts are with you, Sarah and your family. I didn't know Bill but it sounds like he was a good husband and father and I know you will miss him terribly. Love you guys.

He always had time to say hello and always put a smile on everyone's face whenever we had the opportunity to visit with him on insurance business. Dear Terri and Sarah, I am so sorry for your loss. One couldn't know Bill for more than about 5 minutes without knowing how much he loved you both. It was fun to hear his proud Dad stories of little Sarah back at CPCU classes and even more enjoyable to get the grown up Sarah news when he came to work at the Hartford. He made work fun for us all and his patience in mentoring me in Specialty GL was so appreciated. My prayers are with you for comfort and peace.

Terri, you and your family continue to be in our prayers. God will always be there for you, no matter what, and so will we. You are never alone in this, especially with Bill watching over and looking out for you. I can't pretend to know or understand what you and your family are going through, but I want you to know I'm here if you need me - anytime. It's time to take care of yourself, and allow yourself to grieve for as long as you need. You are so very important to us, and we want you healthy and whole. Terri, Bill was a wonderful mentor, friend and advisor. He was always there for anyone in need of a smile, a hug or a scripture reading. He touched my heart and that of my children. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Bill will be remembered in my family.
