I remember the day I met Bill it was like yesterday, Tracy was so in love with him and he was in love with her. They were like two kids ,so happy , I knew then that they would be together a life time. Bill was in the Army he was laying on the floor taking a nap before work and Tracy painted his fingernails lol he didn't know it. He was late so he hurry out of the apartment. If I remember right he got in a lot of trouble lol He will always be with you Tracy ,you guy's had a love that you don't get everyday. I have never met two people that was so perfect together. I'm sorry Tracy! Love you Mary Casper

I remember bill always being busy When he would come off the road, he always had a project to Finish. And when he wasn't doing projects he was barbecuing. This past fourth of july was really good. Bill and all the kids setting off fireworks together. He Always had energy to get out there and act like a kid himself. He had a great heart and loved the world. Alot of great memories to look back on.Always called me Misses D.We will miss you greatly!

Words can't express how I feel right now. I'm so sorry, Tracy that you're feeling the hurt and loss of your partner in life's journey, but I do know the Lord will be your comfort and your everything if you ask him to be. I love you my beautiful niece. My prayers and love are with you. I wish I could be there beside you this week, but circumstances get in the way and makes it tough to do what you would like to do. My love and prayers always

Chip, where to begin cousin..... We grew up together, graduated together , a lot of memories at gramma and grandpa Sprinkles. I have the spoons you sent me when you were in Desert Storm. It was always nice to catch up with you whenever you came home. I will miss you very much.
Tracy thank you for being the best part of Chips life. He found love and happiness when he met you.

I met my friend Bill while we were serving in the Army in Germany. There are so many aspects of him that I will only try to recount them. He was an energetic soldier, a gentle giant, a great conversationalist with a quick wit and an eclectic world view. We went to Desert Storm together and had many spirited conversations about philosophy and life. We returned from Saudi Arabia and we're both sent to Fort Riley, Kansas where we both met our wives. Our paths went different ways, but the bond of brotherhood we shared will never be forgotten. Rest now, my brother.

Chip we grew up around each other and had some good times in knoxboro ny. Growing up for you was tough you had a rough childhood but you were always loved by our family. You became a very good man and served your country . You had a very special wife and she will miss you every day. Rest in peace and I know we will be reunited some day!

Tracy and family I am so sorry about Chip. He will be missed by many. I remember when he bought a red legged tarantula. He couldn´t take Spudley with him and asked me to take care of him. I had him for 6 years. I loved when he shed his skin. Our 2 youngest (Jodi and Bobby) took his shed skin to school for show and tell. Our oldest (Jennifer) didn´t touch the live Spudley. She was allergic to bees of all kinds and Spudley could get her sick. Many memories in the house on Route 5. Love and will miss you.
