God surely blessed our family over 20 yrs ago when He decided to have us cross paths with Bud & Ruth. The love they shared for each other is something we all hope to have. Bud is such a gentleman with a heart of gold. His smile and laugh would light up a room. I will truly miss our phone calls. Bud told me in one our last conversations that he never met anyone that didn’t like a Tootsie Roll. Our boys have fond memories of running down the hill and Bud fillings their pockets with Tootsie Rolls. Share a Tootsie Roll with a friend or do a random act of kindness to make someone smile in honor Bud. He also proudly served our country and we are truly grateful. Love you Bud.

Bill was a charming man and easy to talk with. We met him in Nijmegen, the Netherlands in 1991. He was there with his friend James (Jim) Adams who was already a friend of us trough our son and daughter. They met James 2 years before in the same city. Jim and Bill came to walk the 4-days Marches. The friendship stayed on for almost 30 years. They discovered our environment Den Helder by bike with us as guide. In 2010 and 2015 we visited Brimfield and both friends showed is their environment. We have lots of stories to tell, but then I need a book. We are glad Bill is with his Shepherd and his wife Ruth. I never met her, but Peter did. We are gonna miss him very much. Especially our regulary calls. We remember him in our prayers and we keep him in our hearts. Rest in peace, Bill. We love you very much.

I worked with Bill for several years on the Brimfield Police Dept. He was a very pleasant person and knowledgeable about many things. I learned a lot from him. Rest in peace....
