Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Roust family. Bill or Neighbor Bill as my daughter nicknamed him over 30 yrs ago, was the kindest, most helpful neighbor and friend you could ask for. He was always willing to help anyone that needed a hand.
We will miss him dearly.
