William Ray Sarver

As I think of how Bill made a difference in our lives, Rodriguez family, a lot of memories comes up. When I first met him, he was always very nice to us, smile, a joke, offer us something to drink, eat. Our trip to Las Vegas Nevada. Our family reunions, he would always get out his video recorder and catch each one of us, making us say something so he could record it. Trips to the lake with his boat and water skies. Always so generous, so kind to us. He was our extended brother, friend. Even at 2 am when I was a partying and knocking on their door, he still had a smile on his face.
Bill, you will be missed, as a brother and friend.
