To the Scarpa family,
I knew and loved your dad, he volunteered for many years at St Vincent de Paul and was my favorite all time volunteer . He was such a kind and caring man and will truly be missed by all ! My memories of Bill will be with me forever and may he Rest In Peace! Love ya !

Bill Scarpa was a dear, kind man. He was a wonderful man to all his many customers. He and his wife Louise and his sister Florence were a wonderful influence on me and my children as they grew up. RIP Bill.
