Bill was a cousin to one of my best friends. I met him when my friend was in Galveston visiting from Biloxi and asked me to go there for a visit. In later years I saw him again in Biloxi. He and his family were kind people. I am sorry that he is no longer with us. My condolences to everyone who loved him and now I offer my prayers. May he Rest In Peace.
