I was Mr. & Mrs. Schlageter's Times Union Paperboy from '79 to '83. They were wonderful people. I still have Christmas cards from them that were "Schlag Crafted". God Bless his family at this difficult time. Robert B.

Jean, Bill, Bob, and Alan. My deepest condolences to you and your families. I loved your Dad. He was one of the greats! Bill was a very giving man, whether it was teaching (school and Sunday school), or devoting his time to the camp, or one of his many other activities he will always be in the hearts of those he came in contact with. We'll miss your gentle giant...
