William B. Scott III, age 88, of Gibsonia, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2026. Beloved father of Bill (Nancy) Scott, Deana (Chris) Zema, Marty (Amy) Scott and Sandy Schwartzmier; He is survived by 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; son of the late William and Mary Ann Scott; brother of the late Stewart Scott and Marion Novak; he is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends will be received from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.& 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 20th at the Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, Inc., 3552 California Avenue at Davis Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 where a Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. Bill joined the Marine Corps at the age of 16. His service with the Corps was one of his proudest accomplishments. Semper Fi.
