So sorry to hear of Bills passing. I met him several years ago when I was at the IACC watching my son playing Bocce on one of the many teams. My son told me that he was a good man that had gotten his heat going on one cold winter night and I was of course grateful as my son, his wife and my 3 grandkids live in that house! I of course thanked him and I came to find out that he had done the same for many people needing help with their furnaces. He was really easy to talk to and it was always a pleasure to see him, wherever I might run into him! I´m in Florida now but I saw Peter´s FB post and just wanted his family to know how well liked he was, even by people who hardly knew him. Rest in Peace Billy!

Rest in peace Billy, I will always remember you as a friend who treated others with kindness and respect. From Emerson Elementary to Malden High and the Stadium Cafe to the Italian American you have been a part of so many lives you affected positively and set the high bar on what it means to be a good man.

Every time I saw Billy he would greet me with a smile, a handshake, and "a how you doing". Rest in Peace

I am so sorry to hear of Billy´s passing. Billy was a friend I was grateful to have. Although I haven´t seen him for quite a while, he shared his updated life through Facebook. He was so in love with his family and especially loved and adored his grandkids. My deepest condolences to his family and to Dommie.

You were a man I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know. As president of the IACC you always were there to ask how we were doing or ask us what could be done to make things better. Your big warm infectious smile will be missed Billy!
