I knew Bill from our time in the US Air Force. WE were together in Sembach Germany from 1976-78. Bill was a wonderful friend. At the time he was married to Barbara. They had the 2 boys Michael and William. I am sorry we lost touch. RIP my friend. Tommy Carroll
