William Stewart Obituary
Bill was a graduate of Flaget High School, attended St. Meinrad Seminary College, was awarded an A.B. from Bellarmine College and a M.A. from the University of Louisville. He served six years in the 100th Division of the United States Army Reserve. Bill retired from Bellarmine College after 32 years of service.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Barbara (Schank) Stewart. Bill is also survived by his sons Michael (Alison), Paul (Leslie), and Patrick, grandchildren Sean (Jennifer), Andrew (Morgan), Angela (Cabe St Clair), Sophia Stewart, and step grandson Logan Cooper (Kelly). Bill is predeceased by his sister Laverne Molter and stepbrother "Hansy" Hedges.
His Visitation will be on June 20th from 1:00pm-2:00pm at St Agnes Catholic Church, 1920 Newburg Road, Louisville KY, 40205, With a Funeral Mass at 2:00pm. Burial to follow at St. Michael's Cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Agnes Church, St. Meinrad Seminary, and Bellarmine University
