Billy was my neighbor in the park in Florida. We were at times, like ships int he night, but always cordial and friendly. When he found some of my insurnbace paperwork at the dumpster, he was sure to get it back to me. He was kind and considerate and a very nice fellow. I miss having him as a neighbour ANd now I am sorry to hear of his passing. Rest in Peace Billy. YOu are one of a kind. Love never ends.

I have never had anything but kind words to say about Billy. I met him in my foundational years at Buchanan junior high and we became very close. For as long as I knew Billy, if I ever felt shut out by anyone else, he made sure I felt accepted by him. My family loved him equally as much as I did, and I have fond memories of crazy fashion shows and artsy photo shoots all proceeded over by my Mom. It is with a heavy heart that I say we did not remain close. But I always dreamed of the day we´d meet again. I love you Billy.

So very sorry to hear of his passing and for his family and friend's loss. Billy a spirited sweet individual that I have had the pleasure of calling a friend since I was fourteen.
