William E. Strader, 73, of Princeton, passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville. He was born January 18, 1952 in Beech Grove, Indiana to the late Thomas H. Strader and Marian R. (Kyle) Strader and worked for over 30 years at Duke Energy Gibson Station in mechanical maintenance. He proudly served in the United States Army from 1969 until 1973 in Korea and Okinawa and was the VFW Post 1147 Commander. William enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and small crafts. He was loved dearly and will be missed beyond measure.

William married Rebecca A. (Bates) Strader on November 4, 2000 and she survives in Princeton. He is also survived by his children, Kenneth, Shelia, and Joan; grandchildren, Chloe Coburn, Tristan Coburn, Eric Mason, Wyatt Jenkins, and Tennyson Hayes; great-grandchildren, Emilyn and Coraline Jenkins; and siblings, Norman L. Strader, Scott A. Strader, Gary D. Strader, Joan Hale (Darla), Dee Glover (Norma), and Suzanne Plyer (Nelda).
