William "Bill" E Taylor 85, passed away on December 4, 2025 at Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown, New Jersey. Bill served in the United States Navy as a helicopter mechanic. Then later he went on to work in his own business known as Red Oak Sunoco on Sussex Turnpike in Morristown, where of course he was a mechanic. He also drove and loved auto racing. Bill also enjoyed Street Rods and building antique cars.
Later "Bill" retired to Lakewood Pennsylvania with his wife Judie Taylor of 45 years. He worked at local camps because he was a man that needed to be doing something. He also loved his cat "Buddy". Bill was born on June 16, 1940 in Dover, New Jersey.
He is pre deceased by his parents Lawrence and Josephine Taylor and his brother Lawrence "Larry" Taylor and his son Randy Taylor.
He is survived by his Son Richard (Chrissy) Taylor of Penssylvania, Daughter Kathleen of Kentucky, Son Robert (Sue) Taylor of Florida and his Daughter Dawn Marie Taylor of Florida. Also, step daughters Pamela (Joe) Martinelli of Roxbury, and Valerie (Quinton) Thompson of South Carolina. Also including grandchildren, great grandchildren, his Sister Daralene (Bill) Ryoul of Wharton, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation 10:00am - 12:00pm on Wednesday December 10, 2025 at Tuttle Funeral Home 272 Route 10 Randolph, Nj 07869 www.tuttlefh.com There will be a Funeral Service at 12:00pm after the visitation.
Interment will be at Rockaway Valley Cemetery in Boonton, New Jersey.
