William Anthony Torres was born February 28, 1957 in Paterson, New Jersey to the union of Heliodoro Torres and Isolina Colon Torres. This peaceful life came to an end on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at his residence in Nashville, Tennessee.
William attended Don Bosco Technical School from 1972 - 1976. He was raised as a Catholic and was a beloved member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
William was employed as a Meter Reader for PSNG. When he was not working he enjoyed watching sports, coaching youth basketball CYO.
William is survived by his brothers, Victor (Angela) Torres, Sr., Elliot (Liz)Torres, nephew, Victor Torres, Jr., niece, Lisette Myers, Jim Painter and spouse, Alex and Rachel Kranchuk, Miguel Cruz, Homina Torres, and De'Shone Myers as well as a host of other friends.
