May he and my dad,Ike Vines, have great poker games and always break even! I fixed him many sandwiches on Friday nights...later, as an adult, I saw and spoke with him at auctions and sales. I will miss him..I am in Utah and just found out...so sorry.

Bill taught me in grade school, he was not just a teacher but a true friend. He was a very gentle man and he wanted the best for everyone. He will be missed. Praying for the family for Peace and Comfort.
