William "Scott" Wagner passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2023, in
Decatur, IL.
Scott was born on October 14, 1956, in Sullivan, IL, the son of John F. and Patty R. (Kite) Wagner. A member of Saint James & Patrick Parish, Scott worked in Education most of his life. He was devoted to his church and would go out of his way to ensure the happiness of others.
Surviving are his sons Bryan (Leslie) Wagner; Aaron Wagner; Caleb Wagner; daughter, Bethany Wagner; grandchildren, Conner, Colin, and Calani Wagner; brother Jack (Dianna) Wagner; sisters, Linda (Bob) Glazier, Cindy (Dave) Niesman;
Scott was preceded in death by his wife Marcia Collins Wagner and parents, John F. and Patty R. Wagner.
