A Celebration of Life Service will be held on July 21, 2023 at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home at 6:00 PM. Prior to the service, there will be a Visitation at the funeral home from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Mr. Welch was employed at Welch's Wholesale Warehouse.
He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.
