He was born November 15, 1965, in Glen Dale, WV, son of Margaret Hall Moore and the late Don Welling, Sr.
William was a welder.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his lifelong partner, Tammy Rose; and brother, Don Welling, Jr.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Phillip Welling; grandson, Liam Welling; brother, Larry (Kim) Welling; sister, Dorothy "Sis" Richardson; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no services.
Arrangements by Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling (304-242-2311).
