Age 85; of Williamsville, NY. Beloved husband of the late MaryAnn (nee Warner) Wilsman; devoted father of Lynne (John) Moley, William H. Wilsman, Shannon Wilsman, Melissa Wilsman, Alicia Komives, Laura Sheldon and the late Sandra Lutz; loving grandfather of eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; predeceased by his granddaughters Kristina Moley and Danielle Wilsman; dearest brother of Richard (Barbara) Wilsman and Linda (Donald) Lembke; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to assemble Friday, December 12, 2025 at 10 AM to attend a Funeral Service celebrated at Christ United Methodist Church, 350 Saratoga Rd., Amherst, NY 14226. If so desired, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Hospice Buffalo, Inc. Bill joined the family business, Sugar Kake Cookie Company, at the age of 14 that his grandfather opened in 1936. He worked alongside his grandfather, father, brother, and brother-in-law until his retirement as President in 1998. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and traveling. Dear Lynne,
Words alone seem so inadequate at times like this. Especially, when we found (in each other) what the world continues to search for at such a young age; mutual love, devotion and understanding.
As lIfe continues to take us by surprise, please know Dad Sam, and I, are remembering your father in our special way. Though it's been some time, he will continue to live on in our hearts and bringing us many smiles, as he always has. :)
Here's to you, my dearest longest friend, and your loving family. As you share in celebration of your fathers life, we will too. A life well lived.

It´s very sad to hear of Bill´s passing, as I have many great memories of his kindness, wit, and leadership.
I can never forget how he went out of his way for me, and will think of him often. RIP

Charlie and I have been close friends with Bill and Maryann for over 35 years. Maryann and I attended Buffalo State together and shared an apartment. Maryann as an only child she considered me her adopted sister! We have kept in contact over the years while raising our children and traveling to their various homes. Bill was a generous man always welcoming us for visits and in the early years gave us tours of the Sugar Kake cookie factory along with cases of cookies for the kids. Bill and Maryann were dear friends and will be missed but always in our fond memories.
