William Winfrey Obituary
Shan was honorably discharged from the U.S. Marine Corps after serving 2 tours in Vietnam between 1969-1976.
Shan was preceded in death by his parents, older brother and first wife Ora Dell Winfrey of Tulip, AR.
Shan is survived by his wife, Dale Winfrey of Leola, her son, Chad (Martha) Lipovich and their 5 kids of Battle Ground, WA.
Shan loved to tell stories, make people laugh and never met a stranger.

I only met him three times and I am one of his grandsons. every time he bought me and my siblings food or icecream. last time I saw him was a few years ago. Stand For The Flag and Kneel For The Cross
