William McCloud (Billy) Withee Jr., born in Fairfield, ME, on October 28, 1962, passed quietly at his home on March 4, 2025. In 2009 Billy moved from Woonsocket, RI, to Tomahawk, WI, to assist his late sister, Barbara Vigue, and would go on to call Wisconsin his home for the next 16 years. In Wisconsin, Billy would go on to make many new friends with whom he would spend the remainder of his years, sharing his joy and presence with them and creating new and lasting memories.
Billy was the son of the late Willam McCloud Withee Sr. and Jacqueline (Vigue) Dandy. Also preceding Billy in death were his sisters Cheryl Siefert, Barbara Vigue, Tammy Farrow, and Elizabeth Withee, as well as his brother, Kevin Withee.
Billy is survived by his son Kevin Withee; sister Kimberly Clements and husband Rick of Providence, RI; brother Steven Withee and partner Lisa Raymond of Woonsocket, RI; sister Shannon Ortiz and husband Jose of Woonsocket, RI; sister Brandi Eckweigh and husband Saturday of Cumberland, RI; brother Dwight Withee of Woonsocket, RI; brother Jessie Withee and fiancé Theresa of Warwick, RI; along with many nieces and nephews whom he loved all very dearly, most fondly his niece Falacia Boulrus.
In life, Billy cherished most of all being with his close and dearest of childhood friends, the late Kenneth Boulrus and Willie Preston.
