William Norrie Wright

When I was 10 years old, some close friends of my parents gifted me 10 golf lessons from a local teaching pro named Norrie Wright. Norrie introduced me to the game, and methodically helped build a natural golf swing that continues to hold up to this day. He would have been proud to know that 25 years after those first lessons, I went on to win the Selva Marina Club Championship, a place where he held one of his first head pro jobs. What a class human being, and a true professional who patiently taught so many people how to enjoy the game of golf, and how to apply its many principles to everyday life. RIP Norrie, and thank you from the Santora Family.
