Mr. George Steven Jones, 60, of Richmond, passed away on Friday, November 28, 2025, at his home.
He was born in Richmond, Kentucky, on January 29, 1965. George was a cab driver for Colonel Cab Company and in his free time liked to go "junking" and searching for treasures or items he could pittle with.
Survivors include: his mother and step-father, Mary Cole Jones Conner & Bobby; his children, Dillon Jones, Brandon Jones, and Margaret Jones; three grandchildren; one sister, Kathy Perusse; four half-sisters, Florence Jones, Juanita Hendricks Angela Avery & Marilyn Campbell; one half-brother, Carl Jones, Jr.; as well as a host of other extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Carl Jones, and one brother, Marty Lee Jones.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Friday, December 5, 2025, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home, W. Main St., Richmond, with Bro. Derrick Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Pilot Knob Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 11AM Friday, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations to help with final expenses can be made to the funeral home.

We spent a many evening listening to good ole country music and of course we shared a many night shooting pool listening to music and drink way to many budweisers.
