William Joseph Young

Cody, Mrs. Young and family, Bill was one of the first people that I met at PennDOT 33 years ago. He was a dedicated family man, who had pictures on his desk of very small children. We often talked about deer and turkey hunting and he was always full of advice on both. He was professional at his job and was the go-to guy for answers. I will keep the repose of his soul and his family in my prayers. I offer my sincere condolences. Mike Shanshala
