I still think about Will from time to time. Prior to him passing away I had a dream where he and his brother were on a bike riding in Colombia not sure what it meant. Sorry Will for not keeping in touch. God bless your family.

I never would have that this would ever happen. He is the person I love the most in the world. It´s so hard to carry on my life without him but I know that this is what he wants for my family.

I worked with Will as one of his vendors. I found it an extreme pleasure working with him, he was always extremely courteous, kind, a soft demeanor, just one great person.
I also found Will to be one of those people that you met in life, and left an indelible footprint.
Working with a fellow Colombiano was an additional, and welcome, bonus for me.
Two+ years on, I still recollect our business relationship as if it were yesterday, and he is sorely missed.

My sincere condolences to the Zapata family. Will was a stellar person. I only knew him from work, but I have no doubt that his work ethic and demeanor in the office was exactly how he lived his life outside of work.

I talked to Will every morning on our Production Support morning health check calls. He was always prompt, well prepared, and supportive.

He will be missed, but not forgotten.

I am in shock. Sending lots of prayers to the Zapata family. I worked at Caremark and Will was the top IT guy there!! He was awesome -- always took the time to explain things -- and always had a smile on his face. May God bless Will, his family, and his friends. May he rest in peace.

I looked up his obituary only to look at his photo. It warms my heart to read these comments and know that others were able to see the guy he was. We are still struggling to come to terms with his death. I don't know if I will ever be able to accept this as reality. He was loved so deeply by his family and we have comfort in knowing he loved us the same. I am so happy to have spent the last 10 years with him, through the good and bad. I've known Will for 24 years and considered him one of my best friends. I lived with him for a year and half, he stood up in our wedding and was just an all around great guy. I lost touch with him somewhat when we moved to California 2 years ago, but my wife and I always considered him like family. We will truly miss you and our deepest condolences to Brenda and family.

Will and I worked in IT at Mt. Prospect pharmacy. We had a great relations and talk about everything. My prayers are with Zapata family. RIP my friend ! you will be missed.

I never met Will in person, but worked with him by phone several dozen times the last few years. So, I feel like I know him. We had enjoyable and pleasant conversations after taking care of the work at hand.

Will and I sat across from each other at work for a period of time before he left to work at Caremark. He was quiet and humble. It didn't take long for us to connect. We shared laughs and intellectual conversation. By the time he left I had grown to respect him a great deal.
