I have known and seen sister Willie to be a kind loving person. Never seen her mad in Church or fussing about anything. She tried her best to teach me how to make homemade rolls. That never got good results. She ask me why are the rolls so hard. Well she finally said we will meet at a time and she would show me step by step. I remember her in an honored way. My sincere condolences to brother Malcolm and the family.

It is with great sadness that I send this message to the family f Mrs. Willie Mae Avent. I am so sorry to hear of Willie Mae's Home Going! You have my sincere condolences.
I have know Willie Mae most of my life because she used to be my brother's and my baby-sitter when were young and my parents, Mr. and Mrs. Aaron/Ellen Wade, worked. Even as I grew older and on into young adulthood, Willie Mae remained a friend of mine and my family's.
Although she will be greatly missed by her family and friends, we all must take comfort in knowing that Willie Mae is now resting comfortably in the arms of our African ancestors in the House of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Continue to rest in peace, Sweet Willie Mae!
