Sending sincere condolences to Burt's family and friends. He and my late first husband, Larry
developed a special friendship that began at our former business, C-Luvers. Burt had a wonderful heart and loved sharing it with whomever he met. Rest in Heavenly peace, Burt!

Mr. Burt was such a good friend to our family especially when my father passed at a young age. Mr. Burt frequently came by the seafood market with his wonderful smile and wisdom. My condolences to the family.

Baba Burt was the LIFE and LIGHT of the PARTY! He was a SINCERE, LOVING AND CARING Baba! He was DEPENDABLE AND DEDICATED to whatever endeavor he took on. He ALWAYS made sure EVERYONE in his circle was taken care of! He was the FOUNDING Elder for the "Chuck Davis African American Dance Ensemble". He took great care of the Ensemble and WE WILL TRULY MISS HIM AND CARRY HIS SPIRIT WITHIN OUR HEARTS! A GREAT MAN OF WISDOM and let me not forget a TRUE COMEDIAN! WE LOVE AND MISS YOU BABA BURT!
