Funeral, 12 Noon, Monday, December 15, 2025, at Steven L. Lyons Funeral Home, 1515 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh. The Rev. Dr. Joseph R. Rogers Sr., Officiating. Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon, prior to the service. Interment, Carolina Biblical Gardens, Garner. Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Sunday, December 14, 2025, at the funeral home.
Survivors; children, Sandra Harris and Lucille Muldrow; siblings, Walter Cunningham (Pinease), Robert Cunningham (Patricia), Sammy Cunningham (Flora Lee) and Johnella Makins (William); 6 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at 830 Peyton Street, Raleigh.
