Willie Dunn Obituary
Willie Damon Dunn, Sr., 85, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky died at 9:59 p.m., Monday, January 5, 2026 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West with Rev. Jim Gifford officiating. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Hopkinsville is in charge of arrangements.
A native of Golden Pond, Kentucky he was born on May 16, 1940 the son of the late Tanna Prentis Dunn and Lena Evelyn Cossey Dunn. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his daughter, Pamila Renee O'Flanigan, his grandchild, Robert M. Kaminski, his brother, Wilson Douglas Dunn and his sister, Betty Lee Dunn Nicholson.
He worked in construction maintenance and was a veteran of the United States Army.
Survivors include his partner of many years: Peggy Masoncup of Hopkinsville, KY; his sons, Willie D. Dunn, Jr. of Hopkinsville, KY, Mark Kevin Dunn of Hopkinsville, KY and Christopher Matthew Dunn of Dover, TN; his daughters, Kathy (Bobby) Kaminski of Springboro, OH and Kim (Thomas) Stockton of Hopkinsville, KY; his sister, Ann Allen of Bumpus Mills, TN. Five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, two step grandchildren and one step great grandchild.
