Willie was a gentleman through and through who always had a smile and a hug for Carolynn. Blue Skies Willie!

Willie, A true steward of RCCD. He created a bench mark for hobbyist to follow. Friend and mentor,he will be missed. My condolence to Friends and Family.

Willie, you brought us such joy and happiness to be part of RCCD every time we saw you. Thank you for all the help and encouragement you have given us over the years. We love you and will miss you Willie- until we meet again.

Bernice and McMath Family, we are so sorry for the loss of your Husband / Dad / Grandpa.

Willie is a good man I respect that he tried not to miss being with God every chance he had and I'm certain he is with God now !!!!!!

I always had tremendous respect for Willie. Willie earned respect by the example he set in his life. He and I had numerous friendly talks when we would meet at model flying events. I learned of his pride in the accomplishments of his children and how he overcame some of the setbacks he encountered in life. Quite simply, he tried to do the right thing in his life and, in my view, succeeded at it.

He was also a great club member, always contributing to RCCD by helping out wherever he could. He was ever ready to help others, especially the newer members just learning to fly. His loyalty to the club would be hard to duplicate.

So long Willie, we love ya.

Willie was a great friend, fellow hobbyist and a wealth of knowledge ... most importantly, a true gentleman to all who knew him. My sincerest condolences to his wife, family and friends. You will be sorely missed, but always remembered for your kindness and sincerity.

Bernice- I am sorry for your loss.
Willie and i have been friends for over 60 years. I also will miss him.
We shared many laughs and stories and work parties.
Willie-save me a place with you and the others from RCCD.

Willie, you are loved, loss your presence will be a burden.
You have been a fine friend, a real blessing to have known you.

I only knew Willie for a short time but all my memories of him are positive. He was encouraging and patient and gave so much to the club. He will be missed. May his wife and family take solace knowing he was an influence on so many people, both fliers and everyone else.

Willie, There is such a hole in my heart with your passing. Well "guess what" my friend, all that time you spent with the club set you up because you now have a real set of wings. Love ya and miss you.

Willie will be greatly missed. He always had a kind word to say and never missed an opportunity to share a story about RC flying. May God bless him.

We have been friends for a long time. We have had many laughs and shared RC flying experiences, also sharing and posting many pictures taken at the RCCD field activities. Have heavenly flights.

My old R/C flying buddy from the RCCD club. Known Willie since the mid 1960s. Will miss him.
