Willie B Rhodes

Willie B. Rhodes, 84, of Fairmont passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at Tygart Center at Fairmont Campus. He was born in Randolph County on January 21, 1941, a son of the late Charles Oley and Emma Hamrick Rhodes.
He was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He enjoyed hunting, being in the outdoors and woodworking. He most enjoyed the time spent with his loving family.
He is survived by his loving wife Donna Rhodes whom he married in 1982; two daughters Teresa Ann McDowell and Vicki Walker and her husband Roger; one son Donald McCaulley and his wife Micha; three brothers Harry, Ralph and Ronald; two sisters Alice and Roseanna; grandchildren Chirstopher J. McDowell, Brent Thorne, Holly Galford, Brianna Jenkins, Cody McCaulley, Korri Waddell, Taylor McCaulley and Madison McCaulley; eleven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers McClelhan "Clellan", Jim, Lloyd, Arthur, Everett, Charles, Raymond and Forrest; sisters Margie, Marie, Emma Jean, Donna, Retta, Faye, Louemma, and an infant sister Georgia Loraine.
Friends may call at Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant Street, on Tuesday, December 02, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday with Pastor Bill Preston officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memorial Gardens where full military rites will be conducted by the Marion County Honor Guard assisted by the United States Army.
