Mr. Willie James "Bill" Riggans

I worked with Willie many years ago at Russell Number Eight Screenprinting. He was a super nice guy who always had a smile on his face. Sweet person. RIP my friend.

When the Tornado of January 2023 took our home, Alex City Post Office effected all of us receiving our mail. Willie and his co-workers at the front desk graciously helped us keep our mail coming. Willie remembered everyone's name once he talked to you. Never had a bad word to say about anything and always a positive word. I am grateful we got to know each other. Alexander City lost a great man.

Bishop Jimmy and Patricia Brooks are so sorry to hear of Willie passing. He united with our church family years ago , but we have known him for years in several capacities . The family have our prayers and condolences. We often chatted with each other on his job at the post office. He always had a smile on his face as we addressed him.
