Willie Rogers

Willie Junior Rogers, Son of the late Mr. And Mrs. John and Annie Rogers
he was born January 3 rd, 1954, in Hawkinsville, Georgia.
His parents moved to Pompano Florida which would become the heartbeat of their lives.
At the age of 10 after his father's passing Willie was accelerated into becoming the man of the house
with the help of younger sister Galmor while Annie continued to earn and provide for, he and his 7 other
younger siblings. By age 14 he was old enough to also provide for and look after all his family by getting
a Job at Mr. Aarons station. He would give the shirt off his back that's just the type of man Willie was
and that was something that never changed.
He Attended High School at Pompano high and graduated the class of 1972.
He worked over 20 years in the Cable communications industry.
In his time on this Earth Willie had become truly A Jack of all trades. You ask, he knows, or will find out
how. Some of his fortes were Artist, Handyman, Grand chef, carpenter, DJ and Party Liaison known as
the "Wizard". Willie was more than just a family man he was always welcoming to any and every one he
encountered.
He leaves to cherish his memory loving wife Patricia Ann Rogers. His children Dawn Rochelle Posey, Carl
Eugene Osborne, and Willie Simar Rogers. His Grandchildren Cameron Posey, Danielle Posey, Richard
Wuest. Great grandkids Arianna, Ethan, Amiyah, Amya, Jenesis, Alanni, Za'Riyah, and Richard III
His siblings Alphonso Rogers, John Rogers Jr., Patricia Rogers, Alma J. Rogers-Lewis,and Octavia Rivers.
Two sisters who proceeded him in death Galmor Ann Rogers and Gwendolyn Stancel.
Best friend Vernon Robinson, and treasured friend and son Gary Agenord.
And a host of other Family and friends Who he loved, and they loved him.
