Born on October 3, 1953, Willie lived a life that was richly characterized by his deep emotions, love for family, and unwavering commitment to his craft.
Throughout his career, Willie was self-employed as a mechanic, a profession that not only showcased his technical expertise but also allowed him to connect with the community he cherished. He poured his heart into every task, earning the respect and admiration of those who had the pleasure of knowing him as both a talented tradesman and a friend.
Willie's life was guided by a strong desire to live on his own terms. He embraced all the moments life had to offer, filling each day with experiences that reflected his unique personality and passions. His legacy will be remembered through the countless memories he created with friends and family.
He is survived by his son, Willie Antwan Thomas; his grandson, Amir Antwan Thomas; and his siblings: Charles (Gloria) Patterson, Raymond (Lucy) Patterson, Gloria Thomas, and Larry Thomas. Willie also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends.
