When I look back down memory lane, I can truly remember our trails and tribulations as neighbors in Creighton Court and I'm thankful for them all. We became family not just friends. I only knew her for a short times but I will always remember the fun we had on the days that I stayed with her. Ma became like a real mom to me. She took me under her wings to nurture me as she did her own. Through the years, we shared so much. I lost my mom when I was 18 and God's plan was for Ma to step in and adopt me at a time in my life when I really needed a mom. She corrected me, complimented me, and cheered me on. Knowing her made a difference in my life, my children and grandchildren's lives. She was always willing to acccept whatever assignment that was given. God has a special assignment for you Ma. Please put in a good word for us. I will miss you but my love will remain always.

Weeping endures for a night,but Joy comes in the morning!,and that 's what she was.I remember the dance lessons she gave me as well as the nickname (Gussie Lussie) God bless you and your family.Stay strong and be forever bless for she touched many lives and changed them also.What a Jewel she was
