Wilma Basham

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

I have fond memories of Wilma as I started a new job with Prince William County Schools. She was patient, kind and had a wonderful sense of humor about my new job.

What memories of such a fun, fantastic couple as John and Wilma. What an inspiration of what a gracious, kind and gentle woman as Wilma. I hope she found him right away. Love to ALL the family.

Wilma was my best friend, she was planning on visiting me this summer..Dave and I will really miss you..

I was very sorry to hear of Wilma's passing. I remember my mother (Judy) and grandmother (Ann) speaking of her often over the years. I also remember meeting her many years ago at a Laughlin family reunion with two of the children present, who were very small at the time. I will be thinking of all of you during this difficult time. We used to live next door to Ms Wilma & Mr. John on Lucasville Road...I can remember many days spent with them both...cookouts, my parents playing rook with them, watching football games. I can remember plenty of times of having to look for one of my kids...they were over getting candy from Mr. John or Ms. Wilma. You will be deeply missed Ms. Wilma.
