Wilma Joerg, 85, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Sunday, August 31, 2025 at Eldon Nursing and Rehab in Eldon, Missouri. She was born April 22, 1940 in Buxheim, Germany the daughter of the late Wilhelm and Maria (Heigele) Webert. On September 26, 1965 she was united in marriage to Heinrich Joerg who preceded her in death on December 6, 2019.

Survivors include,

Sons, Steven Joerg (Cara) of South Orange, NJ; Andreas Joerg (Agatha) of Eldon, MO

Sisters, Christine Schubert, Irmgard Kobiela, Ottili Reifenberger

Grandchildren, Liam Henry Joerg, Matteus Eamon Joerg, Christine Joerg, Wilhelm Joerg

Along with her parents and husband, a daughter, Marion Joerg and a sister, Marianne Maucher preceded her in death.

Wilma was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church for over twenty years and was a past member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Prospect Heights, IL. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and friend to many.

Visitation will be Friday, September 5, 2025 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Funeral Mass beginning at 11:00 AM with Rev. Simon Kanyike officiating. Burial will be Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Memory Garden Cemetery in Arlington Heights, IL.

Memorials in her name are suggested to the Ministerial Alliance.

Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
