Wilmer Loher Obituary
Wilmer was born on February 25, 1939 in Burket, Indiana. At the age of 3, he moved to the farm near Leesburg, Indiana. He attended school there and was a great basketball player.
On September 14, 1958 he married Alice Kelly. While living in Indiana, Wilmer enjoyed farming and loved buying all kinds of animals for on the farm. Wilmer and Alice retired, and on June 5, 2005 moved to Colorado to be closer to their children and grandchildren.
Wilmer was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather! During their early retirement years, Wilmer and Alice enjoyed traveling together, having family outings and cookouts with their family.
Wilmer is survived by his daughters: Cynthia (Sal) Mazzara, and Suellen Loher (Doug). Grandchildren: Travis Kinney, Zach (Danielle) Kinney, Anthony (McKenna) Mazzara, and his sweet little great grandchildren Jackson and Emma, as well as many other family members.
A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held for both Wilmer and Alice on October 1, 2022.
In lieu of cards and flowers, hospice were our angels here on earth, so we have chosen for donations to be made in Wilmer's name to Brighton Hospice: 8055 E. Tufts Ave. #425, Denver, CO, 80237
