Winnie C. Budding (Wendy), age 77 of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2024.
She was born on March 5, 1947, in Connersville, Indiana to Floyd and Martha Isaacs. She enjoyed dancing and socializing.
Wendy is preceded in death by her parents, Floyd & Martha Isaacs; husband, John W.G. Budding Sr.; son, Jason Robert Budding; and grandson, Brandon Rogers.
She is survived by her daughters, Tammy Jegel, Kimberly (James Sr.) Ash, Lisa (Blaine) Parks; sons, Michael (Pam) Fullmer, and John W.G. Budding Jr.; grandchildren, Brandon Jegel, Justin Fullmer, Jeremy Fullmer, Erika Yost, Ashley Yost, James Ash Jr., Sonja Budding, Courtney Parks, Cameron Parks, John Budding III, Austin Budding, Braydon Budding, Nicolas Budding, Peyton Budding, Nikki Budding, Carlei Budding, and Jason Budding; great-grandchildren, Erik Serrano, Alex Santos, Liam Fullmer, Logan Fullmer, Jack Fullmer, Ellie Fullmer, Marley Budding, Amarion Griggs, Johnnie Griggs, Melina Budding, brother, Floyd Isaacs; sisters, Ginger (Mike) Sauls and Carol (Robert) Williams; pets, Brutus, Pugsley, Chewy, Sweety, Shadow, and Baby.
