I am sorry to learn of Woody's passing.I worked with him at the College from 1997 until he retired. His students and colleagues always spoke so highly of him, he had a gift for teaching and was a caring and devoted educator. Our community was a richer place because of his many contributions.

My sincere condolences to family and friends of Professor Maxwell. I remember him as an excellent business law teacher,who inspired his students to be diligent in their studies.
