Survivors include his son, William David Denton (Janet), his daughters, Pat Denton McCaine, Becky Walker (Ricky), and Pam Lantrip (Tommy), his brother, Ricky Denton (Kay), his sister, Darnell Gilbert (Dale), 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lavada Wray White, his father, William Alvis Denton, his brothers, Walter Denton and Rex White, and his sister, Myra White Poole.
Funeral Service will be held at 2PM on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc with Bro. Joey Moody officiating. Visitation will begin at 12PM and continue to service time. Burial will follow Baldwin Memorial Gardens.
