Xavier O'Maree Jones Sr. was born on April 16, 2004, in Austin, Texas, to Nathan Q. Jones Jr. and Yvonne D. Jones. From the moment he entered the world, Xavier brought light, creativity, and love.
Xavier was a devoted father, a talented artist, and a kind soul who left an indelible mark on everyone he encountered. He had a passion for football, video games, writing, poetry, music, and drawing-expressing himself through his creativity and unique vision. His proudest moments were welcoming his son, Xavier O. Jones Jr., into the world and learning of the upcoming arrival of his unborn daughter, Brielle O'rmani Jones, whose name he lovingly chose.
Xavier was preceded in death by his grandfather, Floyd E. Greer Sr., and grandmother, Connie Jean Ates-Pickett.
He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with his father, Nathan Q. Jones Jr., mother, Yvonne D. Jones, brothers, Armani Shakur Jones and Darren Thornhill, sister, Destiny Sade' Reed, beloved partner in life, Neshia Hamilton, children, Xavier O. Jones Jr. and unborn daughter Brielle O'Marni Jones, Paternal grandfather, Nathan Jones Sr., Maternal grandmother, Jaunita J. Greer and Great-grandmother, Rosie Lee Greer (Josephine)
Xavier is also survived by his uncles and aunts: Jason Greer Sr. (Alteshia), Floyd Greer Jr. (Marie), Sharon McDonald (Michael), Michael Jones (Yolanda), and Raymond Jones. Additionally, his godmother, Karla Goode, and a host of great uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends who hold his memory close to their hearts.
Although his time with us was far too short, Xavier's spirit will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know and love him.
