Those who knew him recognized him as a spirited soul; he had a unique ability to frustrate others, but with his fun-loving personality, no one could ever stay mad at him for it. In recent years, Xylan was employed by the Chickasaw Toksali Smart Program, where he took immense pride in representing the Chickasaw Nation. His dedication to the community was reflected in his involvement in various initiatives, including receiving accolades for his artistic talent and success in photography contests. Xylan's time on this earth was marked by vibrant relationships and a commitment to personal growth and cultural pride. His legacy will live on in the hearts of the many friends and family who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for the joy he brought into the lives of others.
