Yonah Jeffers-Telfair Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Yonah Ben Jeffers-Telfair, who left this world on November 2, 2025, at the age of 17. Yonah was the beloved son of Darrell Telfair and Larita Renee Jeffers, and will be deeply missed by his many brothers and sisters — Demetrus, Dominique, Lania, Shimayah, Yahkeem, Mckenzy, Donisha, Detrick, Kali, and Daryll-Ashleigh.
He is also lovingly remembered by his sister-in-laws Jewel and Alyia Smith, stepfather Mario, stepmother Ashley, and step-siblings Vincent, Oriyah, Malik, Maleyah, and Aleyah. His cherished grandmother, Rhonda Elaine Jeffers, will hold his memory close in her heart forever. He is also a nephew to many Aunts and Uncles who cherished him deeply.
Yonah’s time with us was far too short, but his kindness, laughter, and spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
May he rest in eternal peace.
