Yvonne Cecilia Garman was born on July 3rd, 1943, in Red Lake Falls MN, to Michael and Cecilia Majeres. Yvonne passed away in Toppenish WA on March 26, 2025.
Yvonne was the fifth of six children. She loved her brothers and sister very much, she had a wonderful and resilient relationship with them for her entire life.
Yvonne grew up in Red Lake Falls, MN. She attended and completed all of her schooling there.
After high school, she moved to California with her best friend Patricia. She then attended a clerical school and eventually worked as a secretary and receptionist. Her last job was working in the office at Obert Cold Storage, which she had been there for many years.
Yvonne loved all of her family and friends dearly.
She loved family gatherings and catching up with friends.
She loved to cook, bake and to can seasonal fruits and veggies.
She always made enough food to feed an army.
Yvonne was great woman of faith, she had an amazing heart for people and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Yvonne was proceded in death by her parents, Michael and Cecilia Majeres, her brother Jerry Majeres, her brother Michael Majeres, and her husband John Garman.
Yvonne is survived by her brother Don Majeres, her sister Barbara Dufault, her brother Ted Majeres and her son Curtis Garman.
