It is with deep sorrow and immense love that we announce the passing of Yvonne Maxine Kincheloe, a devoted wife, loving mother, proud grandmother, and cherished friend. Yvonne passed peacefully on September 16, 2025, in Liberty, Missouri, at the age of 79.

Born on June 22, 1946, in Weslaco, Texas, to Arturo and Elena Gonzalez, Yvonne's life was steeped in the warmth, resilience, and deep cultural roots of her Spanish heritage. She carried the values of her upbringing-faith, family, and unconditional love-through every chapter of her life.

As a young bride, Yvonne left her home in Carson, California, to build a life in Kansas City, Missouri, after marrying the love of her life, Eldon N. Kincheloe, whom she met while he served in the Navy during the Vietnam War. Their marriage of 58 years was a testament to enduring love, mutual respect, and shared faith.

Yvonne was the cornerstone of her family, a woman whose bright smile and joyful laughter lit up every room. Her Catholic faith guided her, and she lived it with humility and grace. She had a mother's heart- gentle, strong, endlessly patient-and poured her soul into raising her children and nurturing her grandchildren.

Whether she was baking with her grandchildren, preparing cherished Spanish dishes during the holidays, or sharing stories from her childhood, Yvonne's presence was always a source of warmth, wisdom, and love. She leaves behind a legacy of tradition, compassion, and unwavering faith.

She is survived by her beloved husband Eldon N. Kincheloe; son Kevin N. Kincheloe and his wife Jennifer of Independence, MO; granddaughters Christina Gomez, her husband Corey, and their daughter, Aaliyah; Carmen Dickinson and her husband Jaydon; and daughter Julie Bell and her husband Michael Bell of Kearney, MO, and their children Jordan, Tyler, and Leah Bell.

Yvonne's life will be celebrated with a Service and Mass at The Church of the Annunciation in Kearney, MO, on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Following the service, the family warmly invites friends and loved ones to a gathering in the church basement to share memories and honor her life.
