I was not aware until now that she has passed! Met her and Ernest while living in Atlanta, GA. My late cousin Reginald B. Brown worked with her and we have been friends !! I was upset when I heard of Poppy's passing. She was a beautiful person inside and out. Her smile lit up a room. May God comfort her family and loved one. The Dobbins family is praying for you all.
